What documentation do you provide?
Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing HPLC purity results, mass spectrometry data, and batch information. Third-party testing documentation is available upon request.
What is the purity of your peptides?
All our peptides are verified at ≥99% purity via HPLC analysis. Exact purity percentages are listed on each product COA.
How should I store the products?
Most lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, products should typically be stored at 2-8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the COA. Always refer to the specific storage instructions provided with your product.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product and destination. Please contact us for international inquiries.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
