Return Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals and quality control requirements, we maintain strict return guidelines:
Eligible Returns
- Damaged Products: Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order
- Quality Issues: Products that do not meet stated purity specifications (requires documentation)
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Products returned after 14 days from delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@humantides.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of any damage or issues
- Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back
- Ship the product in its original packaging using a trackable method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
